| GIS CenterGIS Center develops, distributes and supports geo-information systems based on ScanMap GIS ( patent 32000611170, 10.11.2000, patent 2003610160, 14.01.2003). According to the local authority program (Russia, Rostov region) GIS ScanMap was installed in the committees of land use in 14 cities and 43 districts, 115 specialists were trained in the center.GIS Center created space database for Rostov city (Geovid-Rostov, patent 2002620053, 9.04.2002.). Also space database of gas lines was created with the help of city gas company (Geovid-Gas Rostov, patent 2003620016, 14.01.2003). The solutions of GIS Center are used today by many companies, municipal and federal services. Among the clients are: the committees on land use (more than 180 installations), aero-geodesic plant, regional cellular network operator (BeeLine), 15 departments of the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry, estate administration, technical inspection bureau, department of Federal Security Service, the committee on natural resources, the committee on architecture, municipal gas service, the institute of ecology.
